Who We Are
Grand Traverse Area Right to Life is an affiliate of Right to Life of Michigan. We serve Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Wexford and Antrim Counties.
We are a nonpartisan, nonsectarian, nonprofit organization of diverse and caring people united to peacefully protect the precious gift of human life from fertilization to natural death.
We strive to achieve the passage and ratification of a Human Life amendment, to educate people on identified Right to Life issues, to motivate them into action, to encourage community support for and participation in programs and legislation that foster respect for human life and to promote prolife candidates.
We support only peaceful, legal activities as a means to restoring legal protection to the preborn and other defenseless human beings.
We work on behalf of defenseless or vulnerable human beings, born and unborn, within our identified life issues of abortion, infanticide, euthanasia and assisted suicide.
Our work is part of a coordinated effort with Right to Life of Michigan. Together we will stand up and stand firm for the protection of innocent human life.
We are classified as a 501(c)4 organization through the IRS and are deemed not tax deductible.
Tax deductible donations can be made through Right to Life of Michigan Educational Fund and specified to GTARTL area education.

What We Do
We, as an affiliate of Right to Life of Michigan, provide factual information on the topics of abortion, infanticide, assisted suicide and euthanasia to help educate our local citizens on life issues relevant today.
We participate in the legislative process so that laws are passed on behalf of defenseless and vulnerable human beings - born and unborn.
We are involved in the political arena so that we can elect officials who will protect innocent members of our human family.
